Kassandra Ramsey, The Esquire Coach, is the founder of The Law Office of Kassandra Ramsey, P.L.L.C. She assist entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers, and social media influencers with navigating the ins and outs of creating and running a business and protecting their brands. Kassandra assists her clients with drafting and negotiating contracts and with understanding complex legal issues.

 

In addition to her role as the founder of The Law Office of Kassandra Ramsey, P.L.L.C., Kassandra volunteers with Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts and Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Kassandra also serves as the Sports Law Chair for the District of Columbia Bar's Arts, Media, Entertainment, and Sports Law Community. Kassandra is a Member-at-Large on the Drake Group's Board of Directors.

 

Kassandra is also an advocate for college athletes' rights and has written extensively on college athletes' name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights. Her writings have been featured on the Unafraid Show and the Business of College Sports. She also runs NIL with The Esquire Coach, a blog where she covers the latest in college sports and NIL news. Kassandra also produces a local TV and YouTube show, Court-2-Court with The Esquire Coach, discussing NIL and the latest in college sports news. Additionally, Kassandra has been featured as a guest speaker on several platforms including SiriusXM Mad Dog Sports Radio show, Night Cap.

 

Kassandra graduated summa cum laude from Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. Kassandra received a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law. Kassandra is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and New York.
